Is the screen resolution the same as the Bold 9780?

I know the CURVE series is known for having that washed out low-budget screen. Does anyone know if this CURVE has the same screen resolution and clarity as the BB Bold 9780? I know the only high end CURVE was the Curve 8900 which i loved, but it rain on EDGE which was disappointing.

The Curve 9360 does have the same 480 x 360 screen as the Bold 9700/9780. They're both 2.4" and display 245 PPI, a pretty crisp resolution. The same holds true for the Curve 8900.

As a comparison, the Curve 9330 that preceded it had a lower 320 x 240 resolution with the same screen size. At 2.4", this equates to a 163 PPI display. So you can see that the jump to the 9360 is pretty significant in screen quality.

Is the Curve 9360, & the Bold 9700/9780 LCDs, exactly the same? (i.e. Are they interchangeable?)

Id be inclined to agree with grahamf, the curve is a lot thinner than previous phones I'd imagine its a whole new display unit.
