I don't get to hear my phone ring out whenever there is an incoming call and i have done everything possible to resolve this issue but to no avail.i had to delete all my app and did a hard reset but it is still not ringing out.please, i need help

I had this issue before, go to edit profiles then go to Line 1 and Line 2 and set it as the volume you want. Worked like a charm for me
