    Dears I need little bit help,
    I was using BB Q10 and for some reason it is not working right now (dead) and I already have a backup for Q10 before dead, now when I back to BB Curve 9360 everything are okay and I know the backup for OS 10 not working for OS 7 my question is How I can restore my BBM contacts, and i already used the same BBID and same mails and same accounts and the BBM contacts not restored at all until now, I used all applicable ways and there is no hope.

    Update BBM on your 9360, just tested from a Z10 to 9360 and using the same bbid with an updated version of BBM imported all my contacts again
