    hi, i have a curve 9360, my trackpad isnt working and i had put in the wrong password 10 times but after turning it on i had some pop ups from a few applications that i deleted using desktop manager however now there is a popup saying that "this handheld device includes software that is propriety and confidential to research in motion." but because i am not able to scroll i cannot get it off. any suggestions?

    I suggest buying a new phone. Without the ability to use the track pad, your 9360 is probably unusable.

    My trackpad doesn't work either...Well I can't tap on anything. You will have to buy another trackpad online. Can get one less than $10. If it's not the trackpad it self than it's an interal issue. Involves soldering.....
