i got a blackberry 9360. iv had it less then a month now and i know the settings and interface very well,its just every time i receive a message i hear my message tone then after i read my message it keep making the text tone about 5 times a min even on silent mode or mute all together, this one sound keeps playing i checked all my settings and no notifiers or alerts are this tone nothing iv set is this tone, like i said its fine until i receive a message then i gotta restart my phone after i get a text to stop making the noise its making me go insane so if anyone can help id appreciate it very much

correction sorry its not my text tone it sounds similar

I would suggest removing all extra software and apps that "help" with these messages. They might sounds of their own when new messages come in.
