    Hi welcome to CB!

    If your battery is in good working condition, then it would be related to the OS. Which OS do you have exactly? you can run a search for the Best version of 7.1 that users have reported good battery life with!

    I recommend that you buy a second battery. The battery life on the 9360 is just horrible.

    I would suggest looking into Battery Saving Mode in Options set to Always On (should help conserve battery), enable BlackBerry Device Analyzer with battery drain graphed (will help you manually address problem), and Application Resource Monitor installed (should kill any battery draining apps and help with memory). Are you using the device heavily everyday as I can generally get minimum 16-18 hours battery life in heavy usage without open data connections.

    i did all of thiss .. and yes i use it heavy chatting (whatsapp) and last for 4 hrss .... without data connection it might last for day or more

    Was the battery drain rate for the OS versions reasonable without anything else reinstalled? Perhaps just get a few spare batteries.
