i have been back with bb for a couple weeks now, and im happy! however, there are a few things i am missing... when my husband texts me... i cant make it quack like a duck. android had so many ringtone apps! and they were free! im not sure how to use bbm.. i dont think i know a sole with a bb :-( can anyone help??

AFAIK, you can only assign custom ringtones to calls.

You can assign custom ringtones to a contact in the native application. Just set a Contact Alert or edit it directly in the Contact itself. Note that the same tone will apply to email and SMS.

I have found how to create specific tone for individuals, I just need different ringtones. The ones that came on the phone are rather boring. Any suggestions?
And the recommended application has NO ringtone options at all.. but it's pretty cool looking.
