Unhappy OS Install Keeps Freezing - Pls Help

    Hi all,

Long time lurker, first time poster - Never before have I needed any help that wasn't already answered somewhere on here - But I'm having an issue, and could only find 1 other post and no resolution was on there.

I have a Curve 9360 from O2 UK, but is unlocked and I use it on T-Mobile.

Going through the menu's on the phone, it offered the latest version of software - Which I downloaded.

Upon install, it starts to back up my data - But it always stops on Social Feeds and 6% overall Back Up Progress. I don't even use the social feeds thing??

I've now attempted it 4 times by pulling the battery, but it always stops on 6%.

There are no options to cancel the install - The only buttons that do anything will let me switch off and back on but this doesn't help.

I only updated the OS to see if it would help improve battery life a little but now I'm all regrets as I can't use my phone - it's just stuck in an impossible install.

    Please help!?

    Thanks
    Shaun

Do you have a computer to update it on?

I had to go out, so just left it sat on 6% - When I returned, about 6 hours later, it was working and back on.

    Alls well that ends well!!
