So my main aim is to get wifi all the time on my ipod touch apart from getting a better blackberry -so can anyone confirm that i can use 9360 as a wifi hotspot?
because i read this -

Where I live - neither in states nor in US/UK ,its around $250 for 9320 and $250 for second hand 9360 as well,and thats my budget,if someone wants to dig more into my situation ,please read:

If both of them can do,if you were in my place,which one would you buy - a refurbished 9360 or a 9320(remember there is no way to increase budget)
And someone can hardly tell if the second hand one is not a new one,so yeah.

On a side note,I gotmy uncle coming from canada to my country within a weekand he can get me a new 9360 if i ask him to, how much is the cost of 9360 new in canada unlocked which i can use in my country? (Hoping its cheaper than its here at least,its around $400 for a new 9360 here at the moment)

I can answer a part of your question.
Yes the 9360 on OS 7.1 does have wifi hotspot feature + FM radio. You will need to update the software to OS7.1 to get these features,since out of the box ( if on old OS) it wont have.
For wi-fi hotspot, you need to subscribe to a separate Internet plan,since the BIS plan wont allow your phone to works as a wif-fi hotspot.

The 9360 has a better hardware than the 9320 and looks sleeker too. ( Looks: IMO)

the 9320/10 has the same resolution as the 8530 its horrible. My girlfriend has the 9350 and the screen res is much better loking and fyi idk about the 9360 but her 9350 has hotspot but no fm radio however the 9310 has fm radio but no hotspot on 7.1

bb 9360/9320 with os 7.1 will give you an option to share data.

9360 is more dandy
9320 has more battery life
