Yes, this update has FM Radio, Device Analyzer as usual, and about Parental Control I'm not sure since I don't have 9350...

The latest .342 from US Cellular doesn't have FM Radio, Battery Saving Mode, and Device Analyzer.

That's pretty strange for 9350, my son's 9360 always has FM radio n device analyzer. Parental control I think starts from leaked OS .402
