I think it's too soon to tell... I'm sticking with 7.1, it's been working fine for me...

Shrink It to 130mb, Boot looks more fast and the phone too. Haven't check the battery life yet.

I will be installing it tomorrow when i return from school at around 4pm EST December 20. Till then hopefully someone will take the plunge and install it in the meantime.

I finally have it loaded. The start up took about 1:30 mins. I did shrink out some files. I will include an attached screenshot of what i shrank reducing the size to about 119mb rather than the original 230mb or so. I will preform a few more battery pulls and report back tomorrow after a typical day of usage on the battery and such. Phone will be charged to 100% when i go to bed and will have the battery pulled one more time right before i sleep and we'll see the idle time. Will be connected to BIS and 3G overnight with a 3 bar area. (full bars when i go to school)
Aswell i will be installing/upgrading my apps as you read this:

shrunk it to 128mb in size. light use, lasted 24 hours with 25% battery left.
so this by FAR is the best on battery life ive seen. even better then the 7.1 leak.

so far so good.. nice to see battery life is improving...

Very bad battery life imo.
7:00 am 100% - 4pm 20%
Apps are all manual refresh rates.
WIFI signal locks on better but Radio signal a bit worse.
All comparisons are compared to .474 WIND Official

Going back to .474 i guess, i would usually have 50% at least.
Hopefully official 7.1 will have superior battery life.

Note: I did preform 5 battery pulls the night before and im sure it's been settled enough. Worst battery usage ever after a fresh OS install.
Hope this is good on some other Curves, just not me =(

My Battery life is improved. Earlier it would be at 30-40 % balance ( 9 am full charge and auto power off at 11.48 pm till 5.30 am), when the device powers on at 5.30 am in the morning next day.

Now it stands at 40-50%.
