Have had the 9360 for about a week now. I currently have a 9900 activated on my work BES and have a 9810 that was for personal use. I have beat up the 9810 pretty good and it is starting to random reboot. 9360 is great. Easy to type, works smoothly and feels really solid. I am torn if I should activation BES or keep as my personal. It really is a great little phone. Did I mention it is so light and solid!! I am a huge fan! Thoughts??

I have a personal 9900 and I had an 8520 (BES), the 8520 recently crapped out on me and they gave me another 9900. Battery life was worse than anything I have seen (unit was faulty), so they gave this 9360...

Took it home, updated the OS to 7.1.0.336, activated the device on the network and haven't looked back since. I love this little guy! I get almost two days out of it, and everything is so much quicker (compared to old 8520). I am loving the 3G too. Can't say enough good things about this device.

My only annoyance is that I keep trying to use the touch screen.

I am much happier using my 9900 as my personal device and keeping the 9360 as my workhorse.
