Okay so here's the deal. I'm currently in Canada right now on vacation. And I have my Curve (9350) with me and I've been using wifi so I won't get slammed with charges and all that non sense and I don't have my "data" option to set on. So my blackberry has been working and there hasn't been any problems until I noticed there was an update for the OS. So I downloaded it and installed it the whole nine. After it finished I noticed that my BBM wasn't working. I couldn't send anyone a message or anything no pictures for their displays nothing. So I downgraded and it's still doing the same thing. So is there anyway I can get this fixed? Or do I have to wait until I'm back in the states? Thanks!

i think the problem is that you have to turn your internet on so your device can activate with your network service provider, you just need to turn it on, and then it will activate, after that you can turn it off again
