Hello,

I have a Blackberry 9360

Recently for some odd reason, all my media files disappeared on my phone, but when I plug my phone into my computer and start using the blackberry desktop software, it shows all my music, vids, pics etc. I click the sync button and also try adding new media into it, but it still won't show up on my phone.

Can anyone help me?

try to load the media files by pluging in your phone in usb mode instead of suncing.

and still if you are not abel to see the media after putting media in your phone via usb method than the media is not of supported format.

you can also copy the files on your media card. if this won't work --> wrong format
