Hi!

Up until a few days ago, my Blackberry Media Player worked fine. I updated the Blackberry software, and now it's changed. Movies that I recorded myself will work fine. However, other movies that I copied onto the media card will play, but I can't do anything once they play. I can't pause, change volume, stop movie, etc. I have to pull the battery to get back to the desktop. Any ideas?

I have a Curve 9360, and updated to software 7.1 Bundle 1647.
