I have always used memo pad to keep information, like passwords or the specs of car parts etc. But my memos have been disappearing at a rapid rate! Not sure why this would be happening. Any ideas?

Well, I can now answer my own question. If anyone is interested, my IT company archives email after four months. Apparently, Tasks are also archived. This would explain why they just keep disappearing. I found them all on my desktop in an archive folder. Was able to send them back to the Notes folder so they are active.
