    Welcome to the forums!

    First things first! Head here and read as much as you can! http://crackberry.com/blackberry-help#bbos

    After that, you should have your device properly tweaked to perform as you want. Then head up to BlackBerry World and hunt down the apps you need!

    Some nice ones are SugarSync, Shazam, Nobex... Can't really tell you which apps to go for if you don't tell us what you wanna use the phone for!

    Congratulations on your new BlackBerry! I know the feeling. Here's what you do: Make yourself a sandwich. Fix an ice cold drink. Sit in your comfy chair with your laptop in front of you.

    Now, go through your phone, setting by setting. As you come across stuff you don't understand or want to know more about, type it in the search bar.

    In 6 months you will know your BlackBerry inside and out.
