I have tried to update my Curve 9360's software and I have deleted the Vendor file and it still won't pop up and install on my blackberry and I was wondering if I could possibly get a step by step directions for updating a Blackberry 7 device and my computer runs off of windows 7 if that matters and thanks in advance

Took a while to find that help page, as it was surprisingly hard to find (not to mention that it seems that no one is including the instructions in the latest os threads anymore)
I've had the same problem with the apollo and dakota model. Tried to uninstall and install the DM several times but to no avail. Then I read the help page above and tried to uninstall and install the DM once more. The weird thing is, it did not asked the custom install like the help page mentioned. Is there something that I miss?
