    Default How to create profile for 2nd enterprise email account

    Hello
    I have 2 enterprise activated accounts on by 9360, one for my regular mail and the other for oncall email. When I go to sound and alert profiles the (newer account) oncall account is not listed in the "Sounds for selected profile" under messages my "Regular email" is listed but when I click on the oncall it is not configurable. Do I need to activate it some how? I get email on it but nothing else so I can not set an alert profile for it. Any thoughts?
