Hello,

I could really do with some help. The audio on my BlackBerry 9360 keeps playing up. I will be on the phone when suddenly I will get an echo and can't hear the other person talking. I hang up but when I try to ring them back I can't hear the calling tone or the person talking and they can't hear me either. When I get someone to ring me the same happens but also my ringtone won't work nor will any other notification sound. I tried to play music on my phone no music would work just an error message. The only way to solve the issue is by turning off my phone but then the same thing will happen again on the next phone call I make very frustrating

I would appreciate any help anyone could give me as I have no idea what's happening.
