Default HELP ! my 9360 keeps showing the busy icon

Well my 9360 keeps showing the busy icon or clock icon in the middle every 2-5 mins and I don't what to do please help !!!

pull your battery
wait 30 seconds
put it back in
repeat every 2-5 days

If you just installed a software update , do as many battery pulls as you can !!

Also untick 'enable compression' in storage. This has completely changed my bb. I kept seeing that spinning clock.

I hardly ever see it now.

I recommend doing a full device wipe then installing the latest OS ( official 7.1.0.218 or leaked 7.1.0.258 ) , then only install the apps you need , don't install a lot of apps .
BTW , I used to have this problem and I wiped my device , and it's running like magic .

Also if I wipe my phone is it gonna delete my contacts that are in my sim card and is it gonna delete my bbm contacts ?

How to wipe a phone and re install :
1. Install BBSAK , you can find it on google
2. download and install the software that you want ( I recommend 7.1.0.258 leak )
3. Back up your phone using desktop software
4. wipe using BBSAK , and if you want , you can backup your third party apps (I do a fresh install from app world )
5. when the device is wiped , wait for it to reboot , and then connect it to your PC , desktop software will tell you that you have to install your OS , thats it .
