Help my bb 9360 won't let me make get phone calls or get or send texts but everything else works !!!!!

1. Is your sim working: try it in another phone to verify.

2. Rare occurrence but is your wireless provider down.

3. Is your phone radio off?....go to manage connections > network options ...check to see if green colored tick is there if not click it and turn your network on.

4. Is your sim locked by any chance? ...only your wireless provider can assist here.
