godaddy email not syncing after being read on BB

On my 9700 blackberry when I read an email on my BB it would show it read when i logged into webmail.godaddy.com

Ever since I switched to the 9370 the emails do no show up as read when I log in online via the web.

I can't for the life of me figure out why it stopped sync'ing read emails anymore but it is really confusing to log on and see 20 emails shown as new messages.

Does anyone have a solution....PS this is down over BB BIS service.

It should work the same. Have you tried sending the service books again to make sure they are all in place? On your device go to the setup folder then email setup, sign on, then press the BB (on menu) button and select Service Books, then Send Service Books.

I should have been more specific on my blackberry the emails show up fine and when reading them they then show up read.

It is when I am at my desktop computer and log into the website they all show up as unread.

This all used to be synced like my BES and Gmail accounts and I can't figure out why it won't do the same with the godaddy account
