Default Getting two copies of every email

I just came back home about two weeks ago and put the Bell Canada sim card back into my Curve 9360. Now I'm getting two copies of every email that is sent to me. This is getting a little annoying.

I have tried deleting and remaking my email account on the BB but it did not help. Usually the first one to show up is a normal email: if I delete it, I am offered the three choices of delete "On Mailbox and Handheld"; "On Handheld" or "Cancel". The other copy, when I delete it, only offers me "Delete" or "Cancel".

I've also found that I cannot respond to the second copy; if I try to reply to it, there is no send function available.

I've disabled wireless and bluetooth so both emails are coming from the Bell cellular network and not via wifi or my Playbook.

Anyone have an idea what is going on?

Have you tried to deselect some of the folders witch will be synchronized?

In the email setup in the synchronization options.

I don't don't have any folders set up. The only option available in the synchronization section is for deleted messages, which I've selected.

    Good thought though. Thanks.

Nobody else has any suggestions? This duplication of emails is driving me round the bend.

Try making a new folder and placing the duplicate email folder inside the new folder and then hide the folder you created. That should stop the annoyance.
