I love my new Blackberry, but the end call button has stopped making the satisfying 'click' and feels squidgy. It still works but I have to press it harder than the others.

My partner's 8520 still clicks fine after two years. I'm only 3 weeks in to an 18 month contract and worried it will deteriorate.

What to do?

Ask for exchange...as time pass quality decrease...not just for RIM btw.
