    Hello,

    I just got a BB 9300, although I believe this is a general Blackberry question.
    I cannot find the answer.

    I have Outlook email (web based hotmail) set up on my phone, when reading emails on the computer, web platform they still appear "unread" on the phone.
    Help.

    Make sure in your Messages Options>Email Reconciliation>On Conflicts that you have it set for the Mailbox to win. Some times it takes a few minutes to show the email as read depending on the email service you are using.
