I'm running OS 7.1.0.267 and i'm trying to use file sharing with my PS3. I've turned on my mobile hotspot and connected it to my PS3 but when i go into my media folder and turn on file sharing after about 5 seconds it turns off and "turning file sharing off due to wifi network incompatibility. Can someone help me with the fix?

You are doing it wrong ! , you need to connect the PS3 to your home network , and then connect your BB to your home network and enable file sharing .
It's still Slow though
