Deleted text messges keep coming back!!!

Hi,
I have been deleting text messages when i dont feel the need to keep them anymore, but when i have rebooted my blackberry 9360, when installing upgrades etc a couple of the messages seem to reappear in my inbox although when opened there is no messages, so it seems like the messages have gone but not the conversation feed.

Help please i keep thinking its just me goin mad!!!

Battery Pull if it still happens, reinstall your OS

Already tried battery pull. new user of blackberry so how do i go about reinstalling OS?
