just a quick question.

I am thinking of buying a Curve 9360 and it is currently locked to Voda UK. However does anyone know if it comes with Vodafone plastered on the front? Just might unlock it and so don't want it to have vodfone branding all over the thing.

this is the phone I am egtting. I have a lot of credit available with these guys so thats why I am getting it from them.

mine is a vodafone one and there is no branding on the phone. the only thing is the wallpaper is vodafone but you can change that.

I bought my 9360 from Carphone Warehouse (online) for �229, with the added �10 Vodafone top up, it was �239.

However, there was no branding on my phone whatsoever and it was unlocked to all networks. my o2 sim worked

Wow i find the cost of the Curves over in the UK rather expensive here in Toronto Canada you can purchase a brand new 9360 for $300.00 CDN. in around 130.00 Uk pounds if i`m not mistaken..your getting shafted over seas people....http://cdn-forums.crackberry.com/ima...ons/icon13.gif

I would somewhat agree, but you know what they say "Supply and Demand", people are buying, regardless. However, with payg, you tend to see people purchasing them off the street, whether it's used or brand new. I got mine from Carphone for the sake of buying it brand new :-D

If you are talking about the logo print then you can remove it by using a coin.
the important thing is that when your device is unlocked it will work with other carriers and it's more easy to unlock your Blackberry 9360 then unbrand it.
