Can you provide more details like if any error 507 or similar message pops up. Or is it stuck at the boot screen with the horizontal indicator line not moving forward.

Try removing the micro sd card , remove battery and put it back inside, to see if it boots.

Else, you may have to perform a device wipe ( using s/w like BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife or similar and load the OS again and unfortunately all data may be erased.
