Hi, i bought a new Curve 9360 on Orange and i received it yesterday. Since i've set it up i can't receive or send texts and just get a Retrieves Exceeded message, when i try to call people i get a no service currently available message and i can't receive calls either, i have full signal though. I can also send and receive BBM messages and get online.

Yep, they just said i should wait longer because it could take longer for the sim to be activated, but it has been over the 24 hours that they said it should take.

If its gone past the 24 hours they said and its still not working you need to contact them again then.
