my blackberry 9360 keeps rebooting about 3 quarter way, switches off n begins rebooting again. its given me an app error 102 message 2x n ive tried updating/repairing it but then it gets stuck on the reconnecting to jvm n asks to try again. but nothing happens after that. help plz!!!

My advice for you would be to contact the official support forums. I had an issue with an error this morning...couldn't get my new 9360 to function properly at all.....my BB was back to full working order within 30 mins of asking for help!
