    I am unable to log on to Blackberry ID. The device accepts my username but not password. I have the security answer for the "Forgot Password" and get a message that a reset will be e mailed to me, however it never is.
    At the third party applications window it clearly shows my e mail address and password, however, when entered it doesnt accept.
    Any ideas?

    The email will be sent to your computer for security, it won't go to your phone. Have you checked your mail account on the PC?
