i am wondering if there is any way to delete all contacts instead of 1 by 1

Have you tried security wipe?
options
security
scroll down to security wipe
you will see
check box click it
scroll down
type in blackberry
and go
that should do it

Just keep in mind this will wipe everything, as if it were new out of the box.
