Angry Cant accept the EULA

So this started with me using the official Redingtion OS 7.0.0.319 and I was facing sever trackpad lag issues and I decided to use the new leaked OS 7.1.0.190 and did everything by the guide and all went well, but then I when the phone booted up the trackpad wont work at all.

I did a BBSAK wipe and did the process again using DM and installed the 7.1 and the track pad worked perfect but the phone would reboot on its own, so I did a wipe again and installed the 7.1 using the DM and from that time I have flashed the device god know how many times but the trackpad just wont work.

I have tried these OS

9360jAllLang_PBr7.0.0_rel2423_PL8.0.0.499_A7.0.0.5 94_Bouygues

9360jAllLang_PBr7.1.0_rel557_PL9.6.0.24_A7.1.0.190

9360jAsia_PBr7.0.0_rel1555_PL8.0.0.359_A7.0.0.319_ Redington__India__Limited (official release my phone came with)

This is really frustrating it dont matter what I do or how the wipe and reflash the trackpad just wont work. I know for sure its not the trackpad the phone is just 3 months old and I havent dropped the phone till date.

I really need help here, I have tried all the resources on this forum to find what I can but I seem to run out of results now.

Can someone please help me guide in the right direction ??

Yeah, that sounds like a hardware issue and the phone likely needs to be repaired/replaced.
