If you own your device outright, your previous carrier will be happy to give you the unlock code. Simply ask them.

If you could find the PRD of the phone, PM that to me along with the IMEI. Or otherwise find your MEP code (MEP 1 if I remember it correctly) if you can't find the PRD number. MEP1 is on your phone and you can google how to find it.
BTW you should not post your IMEI number up here.

And going to carrier for the unlock code is a good way as Lostboy has advised.
If you press the key combination of Alt Shift H, a Help me! screen will appear with a vendor ID number. Google for Blackberry vendor ID to find the corresponding carrier. I guess the carrier will give you the unlock code for free given that there is no bad record against the phone IMEI.
