I recently downloaded a new version of BBM with this voice bbm option or whatever, and i had to update blackberry ID.
I did that, then rebooted the phone as required and now i can't acces bbm app. When I go there it shows me only a blue screen and sometimes an option to retry to update ID. But when i click on retry it tells me that something went wrong with the update.
I tried a battery pull and all i could think of and nothing. And now i'm stuck.

Does anybody knows what happened, and why? And what can i do to fix it?

Have you tried to go into the Options screen > BlackBerry ID and input the information there? That might be the best way to get around it going through the BBM app.
