    I am a newbie to BlackBerry OS coming from Apple Ios. I am fairly computer literate and need to tether or bridge a connection from my BlackBerry Curve to my Google Chromebook. I am fairly certain you can do this with Playbook but not sure if API settings allow a tethering from my Blackberry on Straight Talk Service to my Chromebook.
    I would like the ability to have a Wifi connection when I am away.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.I do not know where or how to start on this mission.

    the 9360 on 7.1 OS allows you to set it as a wireless hotspot, which version of the device are you running? and What's the os?

    Zocster- Thank you for the reply.
    I am currently using 7.1.0 Bundle 2167 BlackBerry 9310 (CDMA,Wi-Fi) Platform 5.1.0.562
    I am only running on mobile connection now and previously in my settings I saw a setting in WiFi connections that said "hotspot" and I have not seen it ever since I hooked up this phone...
