    On Saturday, I collected a brand new phone. Went to put a SIM card in and it came up with 'insert sim card' and I've tried about 4 SIM cards, no luck.

    I phoned up for a new SIM card, got that.. put it in and said the same.

    Can anyone help me?
    I with Orange if that helps.

    claim the warranty.

    this will be your best bet as you have mentioned that this is a brand new unit.

    I'm going back to the place where I got it and complain. Hopefully they'll give me a different BlackBerry.
