I really haven't tried many releases. In fact, I have tried one. My 9360 came with .319 and obviously it had some terrible heat issues which was my only real concern. Once I upgraded to .594 the heat issue was addressed and I have no other issues at all.

Perhaps other releases are better, but .594 seems to be flawless for me.

That all depends on usage, of course.

Sometimes I can get a full two days out of my battery if I don't actually use the phone for making calls. I generally don't communicate via phone calls so that's great to me, but when I do, those phone calls do a number on my battery and drain it extremely fast. If my battery is at 80% before a call, talking for an hour generally drains it by 40% - 50%. So I may be left with 30% battery life after a call of that length.

With just texting/BBM/email and some web browsing, the average I get is about a days worth of usage. On the safe side I just plug the phone in at night so I don't have to worry throughout the day.

If you make a lot of phone calls throughout your day, though, this might pose a problem. But battery life is easily remedied with just having a charger handy or even getting the spare battery and dual-battery charger.

ah ok, thanks for your advice! i think i might update to .594 becuase that sounds good to me, but .353 isnt too bad either, i go out at 7, text and bbm throughout the day and come back at 4 with 50-65% battery remaining. .594 sounds a tad better so ill upgrde to that in the next week
