Hello there,

I've been having some troubles with my bb,

about a month ago, it happened for the first time,
i was using the browser, reading my favorite website, and the battery was at 50%
then it just shut off, the screen looked like it was an 8bit game and then went black. andwouldnt turn on until i plugged in the charger, once the charger was in. i noticed that there was a spinning hourglass. but it was a different one than normal. it is blue and yellow instead of the new modern one that spins when the phone is waiting. once that hourglass goes away. its starts up like i did a battery pull. and reloads everything.

anywho, its rather annoying and id like to know if its a bad battery? or if my phone is on the fritz, this happens everytime i use the browser while my phone isnt plugged it. google maps, or any of the apps that Push Data. it seems to just instantly drain the battery no matter the poer level. (100% sometimes)
