Any way to get free Mobile hotspot on t-mobile?

i have an unlocked blackberry 9360 from Telus and I'm with T-mobile now on 7.1.0.746 (2102) and i was wondering if there is anyway to get mobile hotspot feature free on this device i have the 2 gb high speed data plan with t-mobile and don't ever go over 500mb so i don't want to update my plan so i was just wondering if there is a work around or something to get it free and bypass the "pcweb.tmobile.com" apn when on mobile hotspot and whenever i use it everything works until i connect to it with my iPod i then get a pop up saying i need to up grade my plan for $15 more

lol yeah i have a playbook and do that but i share it with my brothers

i have my personal ipod touch that i have with me all the time and i want to connect that

lol thanks and i heard of other ppl on the 9900 and stuff getting free mobile hotspot on a certain device version and it worked so i was wondering if that happens for the 9360
