I have had my BB for less than a week and I am loving it.

But I can't find a way to download thr podcasts I want wirelessly. I have Googled and found instructions for using the default BB Podcast app, but they describe options that I don't have on my 9370 like ADD and CUSTOM. Any help is appreciated. http://www.freedomsphoenix.com/RSS/Pod-Cast-Feed.xml

Go to appworld and download the BlackBerry PodCasts app. What you have is just a "storefront" it is not the real app. Alternatively, you can get it from http://rroyy.com

Once you do, you'll be able to subscribe to podcasts.

Are you sure of this? I search for "BlackBerry Podcast App" on App World and it gave 0 results. The App on have on my phone looks just like the one on my friend's Torch, except that he has the additional options that I don't.

FYI, I have installed the trial version of Podtrapper, and the podcasts that were downloaded with that are viewable/playable in the BlackBerry Podcast App.

When I tried the URL you provided it ended up just as you stated. Thanks for the help.

Why does RIM do stuff like this? Why have a "storefront" app? Why not either include the full app, with an option to uninstall, or not have it at all and let me see there is no pre-installed podcast app, and let me search their software repository (App World)?

What you did wrong: "App" had no captal letters, so when you added "App" to your search, you botched the results.

Glad you got it working! Enjoy your podcast.

So after sometime I went ahead and actually paid for podgrabber. Its just so nice. Maybe I wouldn't if Stitcher had an app for BlackBerry, or evne worked on mobile web, (stitcher is fantsatic if you listen to podcast from more than one devcie) but in the mean time Podgrabber got my $6.00
