hi all

right now i am running the telenor norway 7.1.336 os version but i need to send my phone in for warranty repair so i was wondering how to downgrade it back to the original os it came with. does the warranty gets void if we install a leaked/different carrier's OS?

i am from india and i think the latest os version here 7.0 something. should i downgrade or just send it in this way?

also, if need to downgrade then could somebody plz link me to the indian os version for this phone (my phone is sim free).

P.S the guide to downgrading on crackberry is pretty outdated and contains a lot of references to things which are not found presently.

Make sure that it is the ONLY OS for your device installed on the computer

run apploader
follow prompts
