Hi All,

My fiance just got a 9350 it is her first Blackberry device. She has encountered some major frustration with it thus far.

The main problem is the trackpad will not scroll through screens. For instance when she opened navigation she could not scroll down the page to read and then agree to the terms, thus she cannot use navigation on her brand new phone.

Also when she navigates the web she cant scroll up or down through web pages.

To be clear. The trackpad will move fine on the screen, she can use it to navigate the phone and select things in the browser that are on the part that load up initially. But when moving to the edge of the screen it will not scroll the page up or down, this goes even in her text message threads.

Any help is much appreciated.

Perhaps it is a software issue. Try to upgrade the phone's software by connecting it to a pc.
