    What is up with after loading pix and videos and music I decide to delete them and look to see the memory on my card and it doesn't go back up in Mbs? What will happen when it reaches 0?. I've tried boot,whipe!

    They could be hidden, view the card on your phone, when pressing the phone's menu key, check to see if the "show hidden" appears as an option. Your 32mbs could be lying there.
