9330 not connecting
?any insights on why it won't connect?
I got my 1st 9330 some 2-3 years ago and it did everything (!) like I expected, fully synching (via USB) with my Outlook. A couple months ago, it was replaced when the keyboard malfunctioned. I began synching via Bluetooth, and it went well for a half dozen sessions, then quit. I went back to synching via USB, but now I cannot connect, though the display of the 9330 indicates it recognizes it's connected to some extent.
Software is v6.0 bundle 3084 which I (think I) updated a week ago.
I've rebooted both my "desktop" computer (HP dv5-1010us running Windows Vista Home Premium SP2) and pulled the battery on the 9330.
Now no connection, and the button says "disconnected" with no option to "synch all" as it formerly did - either via Bluetooth nor USB.
