I purchased a theme. It succesfully downloaded and now I cant find it in my themes section. Why?

From where did you purchase it?
Is it compatible with your device model number?
Do you have the correct device OS installed for the theme?

Try to reboot the phone and see if it shows up in your themes section.

My friend has a boost 9310 and there is no themes section in the appworld...normal???

You know there was a theme section in my app world when I first activated my device, then all of a sudden it was gone. The weird thing is, if you type in "themes" in the search bar in app world, it pops up with themes in different categories?!?!

They're not going to show up your themes section. Can't explain why.

Why is there no theme section? This has to be a first for a BlackBerry phone

Yeah, I am wondering that too. Oh well, this phone is a beast anyway!! And the price can't be beat!

My daughter was asking the same thing-their isn't no Theme selection for her 9310 in app world

I am having the same problem...use to have the 9330 through sprint and had countless amounts of free themes. Then went to the 9310 and I think there is only like 5 themes and they are not very interesting....what is goin on??
