Can I record a video them put it on youtube?

Hello there!
Newbie here with a good question.

I would like to know if I can video record on my phone then turn around and put it on youtube.

I know I need to purchase a memory card.

Any info would greatly help. Feel free to point in the right direction on this site as well!

I so love my BB even if it is an "entry level" phone!

You can, and short length you'd be able to upload from your phone, using the browser and desktop. You'd probably reach a limit at about 10Mb. Anything more, and you'll need to wait and use a PC.

Os6 and up should present you with the option to either upload a video or go to Youtube everytime you launch the Youtube app.

So I purchased a memory card for my phone. I made a video and am trying to upload it on youtube. It says its uploading and initializing but its still at 0%. What the heck am I doing wrong?

There is a "trick". You will need to go into your YouTube account on a PC and set a user name that shows on your videos you post. This name is not necessarily your literal user name but could be your "real name" etc. I helped a friend with his Android phone trying to upload to YouTube there was absolutely nothing wrong with the phone and yet all uploads would fail. We went in on his account and looked at his video library. We then got a prompt to create a name to show on his uploads. After adding that his phone uploaded fine.

You can access those settings on a BlackBerry browser. Sign in to Youtube, scroll to the bottom and select Desktop. Top right you'll see your name with a drop down arrow. Click that and select settings. All your user information is available to edit there.
