One of my users has reported the following problem:

When they use the Blackberry in the dark, the keyboard backlight will stay on for a few seconds, but will then switch off, even whilst she is typing.
This is causing them major issues when using at night.

Any thoughts? She is on OS7.1

I have the same issue sometimes but it is not often

Maybe check in the battery saving mode section and look at settings. Options, device and then you should see it . Good luck
